3 Barrel is a compilation of carefully selected wines produced in one vintage year.  It is aged to perfection in our French and American oak barrels for at least two years.  It is then gently blended, bottled, and allowed to age further yet in the bottle in our climate controlled  cellar.  Each year, Troy Chamberlin our wine maker, blends the wine based on how it tastes as it ages.  In 2007 he chose one barrel Cabernet Sauvignon, one barrel Merlot, and one barrel Syrah to be blended for this lovely wine. 
It has no equal.
