1st course
Assorted sausages, breads and cheese
Wine:   2007 Grand Reserve Chardonnay

2nd course
Marinated beet salad.  Red and gold beets served with a bacon vinaigrette
Wine:  Twin Stallion 

3rd course
Seared duck cooked medium rare and served over roasted balsamic vegetables and a red wine reduction
Wine:  Thoroughbred Red 

4th course
Lamb schnitzel:  lamb chops breaded and served with potato and red kraut
Wine:  2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

5th course
Black Forest cheesecake:  cookie crust with chocolate cherry flavor
Wine:  2006 Ruby Port

Featuring Belgium Trappist Ales

1st course
Cured meats and cheese plate with assorted mustard
 Beer:  Orval Trappist Ale

2nd course
Mixed greens salad with roasted root vegetables topped with crisp lamb bacon and herb apple cider vinaigrette
Beer:   Westmalle Dubbel

3rd course
Wiener Snitzel with veal cutlet spatzel dumplings with Trappist ale and port wine reduction
 Beer:   Westmalle Tripel

4th course
Harvest stew with beef filet mignon and toasted pumpernickel bread
 Beer:   Rochefort 6

5th course
A Frothed Raspberry Ale Float with rich chocolate brownie chunks, vanilla bean ice cream, and fresh berries
Beer:   Lindemans Framboise
