Butler Passed Canapés (Chef Selected)

Frisée Salad:  Local goat cheese, toasted almonds, fruit compote.

Fennel Crusted Scallops:  Spinach puree, and tomato broth.

Truffle Risotto:  with shaved truffles and parmesan cheese.

Beef Wellington:  with white bean puree, winter vegetables and rosemary deme glace. 

Christmas Present Dessert:  Red Velvet cake pops.

Every course is paired with our delectable wines!
