Chateau Prestige Program

The staff of the Chateau St. Croix Winery & Vineyard want to thank you—our extended family—for your support during the first five years of our growing business.  As we celebrate, we are acutely aware of the reason for our success—YOU! 

 We are excited to begin our next five years by rolling out a couple of new wine purchasing options in 2010.  In addition to our Case Club, you may elect to participate in our new Barrel Adoption Program, and/or our new Auto-Ship Wine Club.  Participation in any of these opportunities automatically enrolls you in our new Chateau Prestige program which offers a fantastic variety of benefits, including exclusive members-only events each year!

Chateau Prestige Program Benefits

 Present your Chateau Prestige membership card and receive the following:

 1) Discounts on wine purchases during active membership term: 8% discount on first case of Chateau wine; 12% discount on subsequent bottles of Chateau wine—whether single bottle or multiples.  This discount only applies to wines that are currently available at the tasting bar.  Discounts cannot be applied to Vinotek library wines or combined with other programs, offers or promotions.

 2) Receive advance notification of dinners, events, promotions, and new wine releases.

 3) Ability to pre-order wines that are scheduled for bottling in the near future.

 4) Receive special discounts on event space rental at the Chateau (excludes rental for wedding purposes).

 6) Receive invitations to events that are exclusive to Chateau Prestige members.

 7) Receive a 15% discount on Chateau St. Croix embroidered, logo apparel.

 9) Receive an exclusive e-newsletter with winemaker notes and food pairing suggestions.

 10) Receive premium discounts on wine purchased during Chateau St. Croix Winery’s festivals. (Premium discounts do not apply to pre-orders of new releases of wines.)

 11) Receive a FREE  4-6 wine tasting certificate for up to (4) people in the month of your birthday (a $40 value!)

Chateau Prestige Program Categories

Case Club
Purchase at least one case of Chateau St. Croix wine to become a Case Club member.  A case is comprised of 12 bottles of wine and can be one type or a variety of several Chateau St. Croix wines. 

Individuals purchasing their first case of Chateau St. Croix wine will receive an 8% discount and will receive a Chateau Prestige program card and an introduction letter detailing the exclusive benefits of becoming part of Chateau’s extended family.  Subsequent Chateau wines purchased, either by case or by bottle, will receive a discount of 12% off the retail price for the next 12 months. 

Individuals purchasing at least one case of wine every (12) months will continue their enrollment in Chateau Prestige, and will continue to receive 12% off Chateau wine by the bottle or case, without interruption.  Individuals whose enrollment lapses will be able to renew their membership by purchasing a case or more of Chateau St. Croix wine. However, they will receive a lesser discount of 8% on the first case purchased to renew their membership, with 12% off future Chateau wine (by the bottle or case) purchases over the next 12 month period.

Members must present their Chateau Prestige card in order to receive discounts and/or to take advantage of other program benefits.  Discounts only apply to Chateau wines that are currently available at the tasting bar.  Discounts do not apply to wines in the Vinotek Library, and cannot be combined with other Chateau programs, promotions or offers.

Auto-Ship Wine Club (Click here for enrollment form)
Auto-Ship Wine Club members are sustaining patrons of Chateau St. Croix Winery who select wine for automatic shipment on a quarterly or bi-monthly basis.  Full case (12 bottles) or half case (6 bottles) options are available for quarterly shipping, and 2-bottle shipments are available for bi-monthly shipments.  The following options are available for all shipping categories: grand reserve, reds, whites, or mixed (a selection of both red & white wines).  Members may change their wine option by notifying the program director at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled shipping date. 

Membership in the Auto-Ship Wine Club is a great way to try a variety of Chateau St. Croix wines, including new releases, and is a convenient way to replenish wine inventories.

Barrel Adoption (Click here for adoption form)
Select from available Chateau St. Croix wines and adopt a barrel!  Your name will then be engraved on a brass plaque and affixed to the barrel of your adopted wine.  Barrels are prominently displayed in our cellar for winery tour guests to see.  You will be invited to participate in a “Barrel Dedication” reception as well as an annual spring barrel tasting event!  When the wine is ready to be bottled we will notify you should you wish to participate in the process.  Become a Barrel Adoption member and receive a complimentary oxford or polo shirt with the Chateau’s crest embroidered on it, two years of membership in the Chateau Prestige program and (2) cases of Chateau St. Croix wine—one case per year for two years, which includes a case from your adopted barrel!  There are two Barrel Adoption options to select from:  Gold Level and Platinum Level; the enrollment form provides detail on each. 

 Participation in any of the wine purchasing categories listed above automatically enrolls you as a Chateau Prestige member and entitles you to many exclusive benefits.
