Join us Friday, April 2nd for a Thai Stir Fry Dinner Paired with Chateau Wine! Choose from two dinner sessions at 6:00pm or 7:00pm. JUST $20 per person! This price includes dinner and a modest portion with a glass of wine.
Featured dish: Thai red curry stir fry with shrimp on rice. Includes sugar snap peas, onions, and shrimp stir fry served with hot Jasmin rice.
Introduction: casual conversation/introduction about Thai culture and food
Presenter, Ike, is a Thai native speaker, born and grew up in Thailand. She learned to cook Thai food traditionally from her family’s kitchen. She came to the United States in 2000 for her Master Degree in International Management. She also completed PhD coursework in General Organization and Management. With the importance of work-life balance, her cooking focused on saving time while keeping good authentic Thai taste.
